Are your products natural?
Yes — every formula is built from cold-pressed plant oils and butters, made by hand in small UK batches. But we'd rather you judged us on how your skin feels than on the word "natural."

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
The oils we use are chosen partly for being gentle, and many people with sensitive skin get on well with them. As with any new product, patch-test on your inner arm first, and stop use if irritation occurs.

What's the difference between the cream and the lotion?
Same six oils — different textures. The cream is rich and slow-melting, made for overnight repair. The lotion is thin and fast-absorbing, made for daytime under makeup or clothes.

How long will a jar or bottle last?
With daily use, most people find a 120ml product lasts roughly two to three months, depending on how much you use.

How should I store them?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, with the lid closed. Natural oils prefer not to bake on a sunny windowsill.
